On September 4th, Trility Golf Group (formerly, The Deep Clean Club) was proud to provide our renowned VIP Player Services at the Fortinet Cup Championship, the season finale on the PGA TOUR Americas. Hosted at the stunning TPC Toronto, this event marked a special milestone in our journey as it became the fourth out of five PGA TOUR-associated events where we’ve had the opportunity to elevate the player experience.

The championship was a full-day affair, kicking off early at 7 a.m. with two waves of tee times—one from 8–10 a.m. and another from 12–2 p.m. As players prepared to take on the course, our team was on-site providing personalized equipment services designed to ensure they had everything they needed to perform at their best.

Personalized Attention to Every Detail

From the moment the players arrived, we took care of their equipment. Our team meticulously detailed clubs and shoes, offering full cleanings to keep everything in top condition. Additionally, we provided wedge stamping, allowing players to customize their wedges with alphabetic or numeric inscriptions for a personalized touch. We also sharpened grooves on the players’ clubs, ensuring they were ready to tackle the course with precision.

Throughout the day, we worked behind the scenes to make sure every detail was addressed. Players could focus solely on their game, knowing their equipment was prepped, cleaned, and optimized for performance.

On August 22nd, Trility Golf Group(formerly, The Deep Clean Club) had the opportunity to be part of The Ally Challenge, a Champions TOUR event held at Great Oaks Golf and Country Club in Rochester Hills, MI. Our role focused on providing VIP Player Services and Enhanced Logistics, ensuring that the tournament ran smoothly and that the players were well-supported throughout.

Personalized Wedge Stamping Service

As part of our services, we offered custom club stamping, a feature that was well-received by the players. We stamped over 92 wedges before, during, and after rounds, allowing participants to personalize their clubs with any alphabetic or numeric customization they preferred.

On-Course Support and Departure Assistance

During the rounds, players had the chance to replenish their golf balls or tees as needed. Additionally, we provided final equipment cleaning before departure, ensuring that every golfer left the course on a high note, with their gear refreshed and ready for future play.
