World Wide Technology Championship Recap & First 2025 PGA TOUR Event Announcement

Trility Golf Group recently wrapped up an impressive week of on-site VIP Player Services at the World Wide Technology (WWT) Championship, held at the stunning El Cardonal course at Diamante, Cabo San Lucas. This event marks another milestone in Trility’s collaboration with the PGA TOUR and its commitment to providing top-tier experiences for players, sponsors, and attendees. Fresh off the success in Cabo, Trility has also announced its return to The American Express in La Quinta, California, marking its third straight year of involvement in this high-profile event.

World Wide Technology Championship: A First in Cabo

The WWT Championship, traditionally held in Mexico, made an exciting move last year to Cabo San Lucas. Hosted at Tiger Woods-designed El Cardonal at Diamante, the course provides sweeping ocean views and rugged desert terrain, creating a unique setting that’s quickly earned admiration from players and fans alike. Previous winners of the WWT Championship include Viktor Hovland, who captured the title in 2020 and 2021, Russell Henley the 2022 champion, and the defending champion, Erik van Rooyen.

Trility Golf Group founder and president, Troy Timpano, and his team were instrumental in elevating the pro-am experience throughout the week. "The WWT Championship was a huge success," said Timpano. "Our team was on-site for three pro-ams on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, where we showcased our VIP Player Services to all the participants."

On Monday, Trility’s team was stationed on the driving range, helping players prepare for the round. "When the shotgun start began, we transitioned to the ninth tee at El Cardonal, where we provided in-round VIP player services," Timpano said. The team offered personalized wedge stamping and club customization, which resonated well with attendees, including professional golfer Neal Shipley, who shared his excitement: "He mentioned he's never seen anything like this before at a pro-am."

Tuesday brought a change in pace as Trility set up at the Oasis short course, which was the center of a special pro-am hosted by First Tee. "We were on-site all day personalizing clubs for the kids involved," Timpano explained. "The kids from First Tee got a kick out of being able to change the colors of their golf clubs for sure."

On Wednesday, Trility returned to the driving range at El Cardonal, providing a full day of VIP Player Services. After the rounds concluded, the team also assisted with player departures, coordinating bags in a designated departure zone. "This allowed players to walk off the green and head straight to post-round celebrations while we organized, cleaned, and monitored their bags," Timpano added. "We stamped close to 200 wedges and customized over 400 clubs with our decal customization service throughout the week."

Timpano also shared his appreciation for working with Wasserman on another successful event. "The relationships we've built with them go beyond work. I consider many of them my friends," he said.

Looking Ahead to The American Express in 2025

With the success of the WWT Championship in the books, Trility Golf Group is now focused on its next big event: The American Express, held at the iconic La Quinta Country Club and Stadium Course in La Quinta, California. The American Express, which dates back to the 1960s, is known for its celebrity pro-am and a format that lets amateurs play alongside the pros. Notable winners of the tournament include Phil Mickelson, Jon Rahm, and last year’s champion, Nick Dunlap who was the first amateur to win a PGA TOUR event in 33 years.

"We’re beyond thrilled to announce our return to La Quinta for our third year with The American Express," said Timpano. "This event has been a highlight for us, and we’re bringing some new features this year to make it the best one yet."

Trility’s partnership with Wasserman will continue at The American Express, as the two teams collaborate to create a memorable experience for pro-am attendees. "We are working with Wasserman again and can’t wait to be reunited with some great people for another full week of elevating the experience for pro-am attendees," Timpano said.

With Trility Golf Group’s track record of successful events and its dedication to enhancing the player experience can look forward to another standout pro-am at The American Express. As the PGA TOUR season continues, Trility’s innovative approach to VIP Player Services is sure to make a lasting impact at tournaments across North America.

Q3 Recap: Building on the momentum for Q4 & Q1 2025

October 25th, 2024

The newly rebranded Trility Golf Group has wrapped up a momentous third quarter, marking its most active season to date and reinforcing its rapid ascent within the golf industry. Previously known as The Deep Clean Club, Trility Golf Group has expanded its reach and scope across North America, solidifying its reputation through three major events in Q3: the Trustee Cup at TPC Toronto hosted by Golf Canada, the PGA TOUR Champions’ Ally Challenge in Rochester Hills, New York, and the flagship Fortinet Cup Championship Pro-Am on the PGA Americas schedule.

Trility’s founder and president, Troy Timpano, reflected on the company’s event-packed Q3, noting the immense growth since its formal launch just under a year ago. “Q3 was another successful quarter,” Timpano shared. “Remember, we officially launched the company in November of 2023. Like any new business entering the field, the first year should be about understanding the market, learning from each experience, and building on them to continue innovating for the following year.”

Rebranding to Trility Golf Group: New Direction and Broader Horizons

The company’s transformation from The Deep Clean Club to Trility Golf Group marks more than just a name change. As the scope of its services broadened beyond specialized cleaning to encompass an extensive array of event experiences and VIP player services, the rebrand underscores Trility’s ambition to shape premier golf experiences worldwide. This new identity has allowed the company to stand out in the highly competitive golf event sector, positioning itself as a partner to some of the most notable tournaments in North America.

“Trility has allowed us to redefine our brand while establishing a unique foothold in the industry,” Timpano explained. “Our team has done a tremendous job of adapting and executing at each event. The feedback from clients has been amazing, and as we look towards 2025, we’re excited to bring new additions to further the value of having Trility on-site.”

Eyes on Q4: A Major PGA Tour Event and 2025 Preparations

With the World Wide Technology Championship in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, set to kick off in November, Trility is heading into Q4 with vigor. The company will run three Pro-Am tournaments that week, adding another prestigious PGA Tour event to its repertoire. However, Q4 won’t only be focused on events, as Timpano and his team pivot their attention toward 2025 planning.

“Q4 we’re slowing down our pace,” Timpano stated. “There is a lot that needs to be done to get ready for a big Q1 and Q2 of next year to fulfill the demand. We’ll start Q4 with the World Wide Technology Championship, which will be one of our biggest events of the year, and take that experience right into Q1 as we have several events lined up to be excited about.”

Trility has now worked on nine PGA TOUR-associated events in just under a year, from pro-ams to private outings. Looking ahead, the team is preparing for more high-profile opportunities, not only within PGA events but also in partnerships with golf courses seeking new ways to engage and appreciate their members.

“Our team wants to expand and work more with golf courses directly,” Timpano explained. “It’s a large space filled with member events where courses that care about their members will begin looking for new ways to show their appreciation, and Trility can be leveraged to do just that.”

Meeting the Challenge and Building Relationships

Despite its rapid growth, Trility has faced the challenge of educating event organizers on the supportive role it provides rather than competing with existing staff and volunteers. According to Timpano, “Our team does a tremendous job of being used as a supportive element, coordinating directly with them to create a seamless experience.”

Timpano is optimistic that Trility’s approach will lead to further success and growth in 2025. “Right now, I’m happy, but the work is far from over,” he said. “As more and more tournaments understand the value of elevating the experience for their clients and how it relates to their retention and client relationships, I believe we’ll start receiving even more attention on the PGA TOUR and their affiliates.”

As Trility heads into Q4 with momentum, the company is also preparing to announce its first major event of 2025, slated for release in the coming weeks. With a successful Q3 behind them and ambitious plans for the future, Trility Golf Group is on course to make 2025 another landmark year.

The Deep Clean Club rebrands to Trility Golf Group

In a significant move, The Deep Clean Club, a well-established name in golf event services, has rebranded as Trility Golf Group. We sat down with the company’s Founder and President, Troy Timpano, to discuss the decision behind the change, the future of the company, and what it means for the golf industry.

The Decision to Rebrand

“It’s a bittersweet moment to lay the name to rest that started it all,” Timpano shared. “The Deep Clean Club represented our initial vision, focusing on equipment detailing and service. But we’re excited for the future here at Trility because it signifies the evolution of a growing company.”

The decision to rebrand wasn’t made lightly. According to Timpano, the change reflects the company’s broader mission and expanding role in the golf industry. “Our pillars guide everything we do,” Timpano explained. “Since our official launch in November of 2023, we have continued to learn and add new features to increase the value for our clients. Trility represents not only our commitment to these principles but our ability to execute them with excellence.”

The Future of Trility Golf Group

A Growing Legacy

While the name The Deep Clean Club may be retired, the legacy of its foundational work lives on through Trility Golf Group. The company’s rebrand marks not just a new chapter, but a strategic evolution in its commitment to excellence in the world of golf.

As Timpano noted, “This rebrand isn’t just about changing our name—it’s about reflecting who we’ve become and where we’re headed.”

A Strong Start to Q3: Upcoming Events

July 25th, 2024

As The Deep Clean Club embarks on Q3, Founder and President Troy Timpano reflects on the company's achievements and future aspirations. "The goal is to finish the year strong. Q1 and Q2 were a huge success for the first official year in business for the company. Ending strong and continuing our momentum into 2025 is crucial," Timpano stated.

The company is gearing up for two major events in August: the Trustee Cup by Golf Canada and The Ally Challenge on the Champions TOUR. The Trustee Cup, scheduled for August 12 at TPC Toronto Osprey Valley, is an invitation-only event organized by Golf Canada. "Golf Canada is essentially THE golf organization you want to partner with for golf events in the north.
We're extremely grateful for them to see the value of elevating the experience for their clients and we look forward to delivering a one-of-a-kind event for them," Timpano shared.

On August 22, The Deep Clean Club will be part of The Ally Challenge in Rochester Hills, Michigan. This event marks the company's first involvement with the Champions TOUR, a significant milestone. "It's great for us - we set out a goal this year to complete 10 events and we crushed that, but to work with three out of the five professional tours, and by the end of the year hopefully we can add an LPGA event as well, it would be an honor," said Timpano.

The Deep Clean Club has consistently aimed to enhance the golfing experience through their VIP Player Services and enhanced player logistics. Their services include golf club, grip, and shoe cleaning, groove sharpening, personalized wedge stamping, custom club decals, and essentials like sunscreen, pain relievers, massage guns, first-aid, energy bars, loft changing tools, line makers for golf balls, golf balls, and golf tees. They also focus on player arrival and departure logistics, creating a seamless and impressive experience.

"Each event has allowed us to improve for the next. We are looking at implementing new services and logistics for 2025, and understanding more about the behavior of participants gives us the necessary experience to do so," Timpano explained.
With the Trustee Cup and The Ally Challenge on the horizon, The Deep Clean Club is set to further cement its reputation in the golf event industry. These events promise to showcase their commitment to excellence and their innovative approach to enhancing the golfing experience. Stay tuned for updates as The Deep Clean Club continues to revolutionize golf events across North America.

Under the leadership of Founder and President Troy Timpano, The Deep Clean Club has made waves by enhancing the golfer experience at several high-profile events.

A Strong Start to the Year

  • RBC Canadian Open Tuesday Outing

  • Memorial Health Championship Pro-Ams

Looking ahead, the company is set to elevate the Ally Challenge Champions TOUR event in Q3.

"It was a great start to the year," Timpano said. "As this is really our first year introducing our VIP Player Services to this calibre of events, the feedback has been tremendous and the players are noticing the difference when we are on-site."

Terry Finger, Vice Chairman for the Heritage Classic Foundation (RBC Heritage) had this to say regarding his experience working with The Deep Clean Club, “The Deep Clean Club was onsite at the Harbour Town Golf Links for Media Day and during our Pro-Ams at the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing this year. They did a magnificent job for us. Their presence elevated the experience for our guests. I would strongly recommend them for your event.”

Elevating Charity Tournaments and Forming Partnerships
In addition to professional TOUR events, The Deep Clean Club has made significant contributions to charity tournaments. Notable events include the PGA Charity Tournament in Pleasanton, CA, and the Nativity Prep Charity Event in Newton, MA. The company has also established valuable partnerships with Caddy Time, Aloe Up, and the BGA TOUR, further expanding its influence and reach.

Introducing our Sponsorship Alternative
A major highlight of 2024 has been the launch of our Sponsorship Alternative, a sponsorship program designed for event organizers and businesses. This program positions The Deep Clean Club’s VIP Player Services as a premium sponsorship opportunity, offering a more engaging and valuable alternative to traditional hole sponsorships.

"This new Sponsorship Alternative draws everyone's attention on-site," Timpano explained. "The sponsor's name gets prominently displayed all over our tent with 'The Deep Clean Club, Powered by [Sponsor's Name/Logo].' This program can generate additional revenue for the event or significantly reduce the cost of having us on-site, making it a win-win situation."

The Backbone of Success: The Specialists
The success of The Deep Clean Club is attributed to the passion and professionalism of its specialists. Timpano emphasized the importance of having a dedicated team that shares his vision for elevating the golfer experience.

"I have to give credit to each individual we bring on as a specialist," Timpano said. "These young gentlemen are truly professional, relationship-building experts who understand the importance of enhancing the golfer's experience. I've been fortunate to have great people by my side, like Chandler Kowalski, our Event Manager, who shares this passion. He’s become a great friend that I can count on, and I look forward to continuing to build this company with his support."

Looking Ahead to Q3 and Beyond
The momentum from the first half of 2024 sets the stage for an exciting Q3, with several key events already scheduled. The company is also planning for 2025, and interest in their services continues to grow.

"Our goal is to make waves in every professional TOUR," Timpano stated. "We’ve done events with three out of five so far, with the LPGA and PGA of Americas being the next steps on our journey. Once more people start experiencing what it's like when The Deep Clean Club is at the event, they won't want to go to any others."

With a busy schedule and new initiatives on the horizon, The Deep Clean Club is poised for continued success. Event organizers and businesses are encouraged to act quickly to secure their services before they are fully booked.
